Lead Pastor
Vision, teaching and spiritual direction
Our Lead Pastor sets the vision, teaches and gives spiritual direction to New River, keeping our community anchored in Scripture and attentive to the Holy Spirit. With a passion for discipleship and unity, he leads us to become people who reflect Jesus in every area of life.
Elders
Wisdom, accountability and prayerful guidance
Our elders act as spiritual overseers, bringing wisdom, accountability and prayerful guidance to the health and direction of New River. They protect our mission and values and stand behind both the leadership and the congregation with steady, faithful counsel.
Pastors
Caring for and equipping our community
Our pastors care for and equip our community through teaching, pastoral care and ministry leadership. Each brings distinct gifts that strengthen the body of Christ, walking with individuals and families on their journey of faith and community.
Staff
Excellence and warmth, every week
Our staff team carries the day-to-day ministry and operations of New River, making sure every environment, from Sunday services to midweek ministries, runs with excellence and warmth. They work behind the scenes and beside our leaders so that people meet Jesus in practical, meaningful ways.
